After a phone call, email, chat or meeting, we prepare an initial project scope and indicative quote. The quote itself does not commit you to starting the cooperation. The next stage begins only after both sides accept the final amount and scope. If anything is unclear, we explain how the price was calculated and exactly what it covers.
Before work begins, we sign an agreement and, if the project requires access credentials, also an access handover protocol. We take responsibility for the data and access entrusted to us. The documents define the scope of work, delivery date, payment terms, warranty, complaints procedure and project acceptance, so both sides know exactly where they stand.
For straightforward websites, we start once the project outline is approved. For larger systems, we work in stages. We know that during delivery some things may look different than they did at the beginning, so visual and functional adjustments are made along the way based on your feedback. We refine the project until final approval and formal handover.
Once both sides sign the final project acceptance, the warranty period begins. Our standard warranty is 12 months. During this time, we fix defects affecting functions included in the accepted scope. The warranty and complaints procedure do not cover adding new features or new content — those changes are handled as a separate order or as part of ongoing maintenance.
For smaller projects, such as a standard business website, payment is due after the project acceptance is signed. For repairs and automation — after the agreed work has been implemented. Website maintenance is billed monthly, in advance by the 10th day of each month. For larger projects, we use a 50/50 model: half before work begins and half after delivery and acceptance.
